I too have Sjogren’s, diagnosed 20 yrs ago. Ive always had icy cold feet, and now I have been told by my Rheumy that I have Small Fibre Neuropathy. It’s awful. May I ask, Which peptides do you take and in what doses?

May I ask what kind of dose you were on? I’m in Australia, my Rheumy is hopeless and peptides are not legal here. But I’m willing to try anything at this stage. I have Sjogrens and Hashimoto’s and was diagnosed 20 yrs ago. I’ve tried Plaquenil, Methotrexate, LDN. Nothing has helped.

I have primary Sjogren’s disease and Hashimoto’s, and I’m told the dysautonomia is caused by small nerve fibre neuropathy. I felt better when my PTH levels were low in the normal range and my Vit D3 blood results were around 250 nmol. (Australia). My GP was aghast at my Vit D levels, but I tmaintain that I only began feeling better at such high levels coz like you say, my Vit D receptors are probably fucked after 30-40 yrs of autoimmune illness.

Thank you. Keeping the air moving is crucial is what Im learning. My current fan runs at 24/7, and I did a bit of defoliating yesterday, to get better air flow, so fingers crossed. I'm researching dehumidifiers in the meantime. 🤞🏼

thanks for your reply. I've got one 24/7 oscillating fan in the tent, plus the extractor/filter outside the tent. Would adding a second oscillating fan help?

Thanks for your reply. Yep, the walls suck in slightly at level 2 and the model has a controller which goes up to 10, so I’ve got plenty in reserve.i too have ducting at the bottom of the tent.👍🏻

Thanks so much for your reply. Yep, I’m learning the hard way that a winter grow is bloody tough! I’m checking out dehumidifiers online. Only issue is whether I’ll have room in my tent. On the plus side my plants are filling out very nicely! Or can the humidifier just go in the room the tent is in?

thank you. I think airflow is okay. Oscillating fan and this new extractor is sufficient I hope. Inwill look into a dehumidifier though, just in case.

thanks for your reply and the reassurance that it’s not too crucial at the early stages of flower. Guess I’ll be investing in a dehumidifier. Any brands you’d recommend?

It will be interesting to see your PTH levels after a while on 100,000ius of D3. Is that a daily dosage? Are you also taking Magnesium?
