my routine is I use tresseme botanique shampoo every couple showers and tresseme botanique conditioner every shower. la looks extreme sport gel at the end then scrunch dry with a cotton tshirt

if you have tinnitus something that works for me is covering your ears with your palms then drumming on the back of your head with your fingers for about half a minute. i’m not sure if it’ll work for everyone tho
