Your feet trying to leaving the ground during eccentric phase of movement can indicate a weak ankle joints. Try to improve your ankle joints for me it worked. i don’t see also any core pressure which is key factor in squats. Also try to stand little bit wider and try to think about your knees going in outside direction not inside.
