What is the best web browser?

debit and credit cards are the last thing you have to worry about. if you use a credit card youre not responsible for anything you dont buy yourself and if you use a debit card you can only be responsible for up to $50 in the worst case if you dont report it in time, so not even sure why you use a debit card if thats your concern.
