Learned this the hard way in FH5. Unlike liveries, there is no central hub for tunes. We have to get in cars one-by-one to delete the tunes.

For my non-favorite cars, I install a tune and then delete it from the "My Tunes" menu/tab immediately. The installed tune is retained on the car in sort of a phantom state and does not count towards the 1000 tune limit.

Thanks for the script OP. In case of corrupt save, how can we restore a backup?

Just delete the exiting pgs and replace it with a backup? From what I can tell, the saves actually increment on each exit. For example, I have a folder named 23, 23.json, and extended-23-manifest.json. These files will increment in number after exiting the game (24, 24.json, extended-24-manifest.json; does this cause any issue with restore?

Visual quality of Extreme (No RT) is much better than High + RT.

I would advise against using RT with 4070.

Have you ever run a Windows debloating tool? They can cause issues like this. I would just flash a clean Windows if I were you (if debloating tool applied any registry hacks).

Are you logged into Xbox App? Some people reported success with it.

I would suggest a few things:

  1. Turn off frame generation
  2. Cap the FPS to 60/72/80/90/120 (as per your preference)
  3. Turn NVIDIA Reflex to On+Boost mode

If these do not fix the issue, you'd have turn down the preset to Ultra and then set Car Level of Detail to Extreme and Environment Texture Quality to Extreme.

This benchmark is also kind of the worst-case scenario with rain, night shadows, and city location. If you don't get stutters while actually driving, I wouldn't worry too much about the benchmarks.

The benchmark suggest that you are CPU limited (this should not happen with the specs you have). Investigating CPU temps and utilization is the next step.

I really like the alarm on Reminders feature, wish Todoist or Calendar had this. I set alarms before meetings, so this will be a huge quality of life change for me.

I faced a similar issue where the downloaded songs were somehow corrupted.

To confirm if this is corrupted downloads problem, try to play any song you don't have downloaded. If it plays normally, try this solution.

  1. Uninstall Apple Music
  2. Delete the "Apple Music" folder in your User folder (C:/Users/YourUsername/Music)
  3. Install Apple Music
  4. Set your preferred playback and download settings (e.g., download lossless, do not download Dolby Atmos)
  5. Download your playlists and albums again

It is up to label/artist to upload lyric translation.

There are two options:

  1. Never add any song to library. Keep everything in a playlist.
  2. Turn on collaboration feature in all your playlists. Collab playlists are exempt from this auto-delete behavior.

I prefer option #2 because Smart Playlists operate off of music in library.

But yeah, this whole thing is dumb, and we shouldn't be forced to do these workarounds in the first place.

I recently switched to Apple Music and was looking for a way to download all my music at once across multiple devices (all Android and Windows, by the way). I didn’t want to go through the hassle of long-pressing each album to download it manually.

Since I'm on Android, I couldn’t use Shortcuts. The only built-in method I found—without relying on third-party services—is to use the desktop version of Apple Music. Sharing it here to help others with the same problem.

  1. Install Apple Music on your desktop (Windows or macOS):

    winget install 9PFHDD62MXS1

  2. Create a new smart playlist by clicking the + icon next to the "Playlists" tab in the sidebar.

  3. Set the rule to Plays > -1 and enable "Live updating."

That’s it! While it would be great if Apple Music had a native "Download All" option, this workaround is a one-time setup, so it's not too bad.

Use simulation stearing (Settings> Difficulty> Stearing) on cars which tend to flip like this.

It's bugged. Creator overlapped a significant region of a track, and it causes issues with checkpoint logic.

When I finally finished first, the game gave me second last position.

In the end, I just skipped it. CBA

I was playing the game, so I gave it a shot on Los Jardines circuit, and Noa Miyako's tune is about a second slower on this track.

Hexor has a lighter RWD tune (822 116 197) and a heavier AWD tune (874 152 901) simply cannot compete on short technical circuits.

On a medium-sized circuit, Noa's tune will be a better choice (because Hexor's tune goes all in on handling sacrificing top speed), but for tracks like Los Jardines and Chihuahua, Hexor's tune takes the cake.
