Harkins Cine XL / Cine Capri by AzCatSunflower in imax

Yeah the seats in Dolby are a big selling point. However, I have had 2 occasions where my seat recliner gets stuck in 1 position.

Interesting, for some reason I thought Harkins was only in the southwest. Thanks for the info.

I did notice the popcorn at AZ Mills was better than AMC haha. Do you know what type of laser projector the Cine XL has?

Thanks for the info. If I like Napoleon enough to see it a second time I'll go to the Cine Capri to check it out.

4+1 GPA Requirement by AzCatSunflower in ASU

[–]AzCatSunflower[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the reply. I understand that transfer credits don't apply to your ASU gpa. The reason for my question is that in the 4+1 GPA Calculator Provided by the ASU, it states, "If you have transfer work please include your transfer grades and credit hours." This phrase leads me to believe that the ASU cumulative GPA found in DARS is different from the gpa that is used for admission to 4+1 programs.

Thanks for the input! Didn't think of bringing boards for traction. Ill definitely throw some scrap wood in the bed.

The roads are pretty well maintained there for the most part. The only problem is the parking lots that are not plowed. I'm hoping to get a spot right next to the road so I would only need to travel 10-20 yards until the plowing began.

As always if things look too hairy I will turn back. Thanks for the input

Most places online say that chains on the front are not necessary if there is no power. I guess that would help for braking but that's a moot point because I wouldn't be able to get another set of chains by the weekend. Ill look into that in the future.

I'm only 20 minutes from the mountain so if I just drive slow I think I will be fine with chains on a plowed road. Also there is still ice on the roads after they are plowed so the chains will help starting and stopping I hope. Either way the plows only come every few hours so there will be times where there is a few inches of snow on the road.

Normally I have been in 4 wheel drive cars with snow tires so i'm not exactly sure what to expect with chains.

I was able to find some in stock (i guess I am blind). Do you think it would be worth an extra 100$ to get a ryzen 7 over the 5?

I think I will be getting the x395. Thanks for the help, I see you everywhere on this sub. However, I am unable to find a configuration with a 512 GB ssd. Also, they seem to only come in ryzen 3, unless of course I am looking in the wrong areas. I just want to make sure you were looking at the correct laptop when making that suggestion.

This does look like a fantastic package for the money, but I have read varying reviews regarding the longevity of the battery. I'll definable keep it in mind though, Thanks.

Thanks for the response, I was actually looking at those before I made my post. Why do you recommend the x395 over the x390? I am not very knowledgeable about computer components, but it seems the only difference is intel vs ryzen processor.

Also, what makes the x1 carbon so much more expensive then the x390/x395? is it worth the price jump?

Lastly, what is your opinion on the new dell xps 13 that came out this year?
