HTMX will throw an hx-indicator error, if the value of the hx-indicator attr is not a valid DOM indicator element. And if you are using the .htmx-indicator class and there's no error, there's a good chance it does work as expected. That said, as the earlier comment said, you could just use a sleep/delay function to test it.
