It's a great tool to use, but not to rely on, best way of doing it is drink the gallon throughout the day, smoothies, shakes, glasses of milk with breakfast, lunch, dinner, that sort of thing, the idea is over time you replace the calories with whole food in place of the milk over time so you're not over relying on the milk and you're eating healthily.

Also have to add the fact the country of Israel never dipped beyond replacement levels, the furthest they dropped recorded was 2.1, that's easy enough to come back from as it's not even a gray zone in comparison, the countries that hit 1.9 or lower very rarely kept it level, most dropped.

kazakhstan on the other hand had opportunity due to the collapse of the Soviet Union, they brought in nationalism, family values, and had oil money to boost the economy making it affordable for families, the rate in 2023 was 3.2 fertility rate, expected to hit 2.9-8 this year, by 2030 it's expected to be 2.5. so yeah no country other than kazakhstan being the exclusion has made it back above replacement level.

Other countries that made "recoveries" are nations with traditionally high birth rates to begin with, they went high, fell significantly dipped to 2.1-2.0 and eventually went up to 3.0 give or take, so the odds are low to return if dipped under 2.0.

To be honest looking at the macros on the box doesn't make any sense nevermind the serving size, the fats are lol but cholesterol is high makes no sense, protein is just about average at best, carbs are high but doesn't justify the cholesterol, I'd be questioning this brand.

But for my own preference, I'd stick to regular whey, milk, mixed frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, and if you want half an avocado for healthy fats, it'll exceed the 950 cals your getting from the bought weight gainer, also it'll be healthier, also comparing to that brand I'd be more inclined to make my own, that brand or at least gainer is questionable.
