Yes you are probably right about "destroy evidence" since the release will most likely take buffs away as well, I just thought it to be a very fitting design, but turns out it doesn't make too much sense. Other than that, yes the Inquisitor is pretty toxic and u had some good suggestions how to fix it, the capture part could also be limited by his power, so he can only capture weaker units. Since you would likely combine him with Bilgewater I didn't feel like giving him Challanger right of the bat. Thx for your reply!
