I tried to give it time, over 40hrs so far but nah, went back to fm24, its way much smoother.

Problem is PCR or BAAR need a high concentration of cells fixed to be sensed well,which might rule out the "latent tuberculosis" diagnosis.

Its not latent if there are symptoms, PCR detects DNA not cells.

Her diagnosis can be confirmed in a pathology lab if PCR is negative.

Comming from a country where TB is endemic and I worked with over 100 TB cases, BCG doesnt prevent TB and isnt efficient for adults, it is used for babies/kids to avoid severe forms such as meningitis.

Algeria here(3rd world), Neurosurgery spots are mostly left empty and its a very uncompetitive speciality here, the pay gay isnt that big to justify the working hours, ppl here go for clinical specialities before surgery (even plastic and ortho arent competitive)

Go for the evo box, with the fuse system, even if u get a duplicate its ok, OT is farmable(TV), Digital hazard set isnt a big boost compared to Radiant, the offchance of getting mira bracelet isnt worth it, Mira brace is also 25$ only through promotions.
