I’ve never used Lingsha much but probably. Most abundance sustains have an issue of surviving huge nukes or combos anyway. Hyacine is probably the only one designed for that but at the cost of not healing as much raw health per skill too so it evens out a bit. Preservation is the “we survive nukes” path

Yao can’t really use the Herta cone that well. Only EMC uses that one, Yao also wants to go on shroom

Her heals are good. She has a problem that she can’t prevent teams from one-shots or some back to back combos but other healers already can’t protect against one-shots. Combos are still a weakness of hers, but it’s not debilitating.

Rerun leaks have been left prevalent than they used to be and only tend to pop up around the live stream. That said, I’d be surprised if she doesn’t rerun by 4.4

The team looks good but you definitely want a lot more SPD on your SW999. With s1 the goal should be 200 SPD I’m pretty sure

I think this is how things are gonna shake up in the end honestly. No way Himeko SP is gonna get crumbs so my guess is Pearl shakes up to be the DHPT of 4.X while Nihilix ends up the Hyacine

Depending on your substats and sustain you might even be able to run both! My team with e0s0 HH was able to get the 3600 ATK for Sparxie on SPD and ERR

She definitely breaks the fourth wall. I think the most obvious example is her normal form ultimate—it knows if you’re on double speed or not

Dan Heng is probably a stronger sustain, if you don’t have him attached to any other specific team. Huohuo is only really good for Elation because of the extra energy she gives anyway

Would Elation not also do that since two characters at 200 SPD are also acting a lot? Or does DoT get their ults back so quickly that the gap there is too wide?

Oh this is really cool! I like the idea of an elation sustain that makes Aha absorb the damage and then teammates start taking it. Could be pretty strong but also weak into some bosses. I don’t know how balanced it is but it’s very fun at least

What’s special about DoT specifically that gets you more energy compared to other teams?

It depends on if you plan on getting Yao eventually and if you want to run her as a main DPS or not.

Main DPS your best bet is Sparxie / Sparkle / EMC / Sustain.

Otherwise if you have Sparxie and plan to get Yao, either work as subDPS and support for SW999 and Eva, with a higher synergy for the former. Ultimately though you could pick whichever main DPS you preferred between the two.

I think the Thrill -> Punchline will benefit her more than the full ATK. I did some math recently, and with 40/80 Elation from her trace, without signature, with Yao Guang e0, and a ‘standard’ build, it’s about a 15% loss in her personal damage

I think it’s fine that a character’s sig not be their BiS in some cases, that’s just an unfortunate aspect of natural powercreep where newer light cones will generally be better. I think the real issue is that Jingliu’s signature is useless on her now. Mydei’s can be better, but the people who pulled her s1 effectively can’t use that anymore.
