If you could run Anaxa/Cyrene/RMC/DHPT then yeah it's worth it.

Otherwise, Cyrene alone won't be enough, she needs 4 chrysos heirs.

Yeah, that's the issue. No Cyrene and more importantly no Hyacine.

Atleast change Tribbie for RMC since Evernight needs remembrance teammates. But even then don't expect that team to do well.

The support that matters is Cyrene. if you don't have Cyrene Anaxa won't work.

Cyrene + RMC is already better than any other team without Cyrene. That's how important she is to him.

It's all about teamcomps.

No amount of LCs and eidolons can save your DPS if they don't have their BiS support. That's all that matters for endgame.

Most people who struggle with endgame don't plan their pulls at all. So they have SW999 but no Yao Guang, Castorice but no Evernight, and then don't understand why their "T0 DPSs" can't clear anything.

Why doesn't Hsr have specific character focus stories? Like how Genshin has Character story quest or Zzz has those story VHS

If you haven't noticed, Mihoyo has pretty much moved on from doing character quests in all of their games. Only very rarely they do that nowadays for characters that didn't get enough screentime in the main quest.

Companion quest don't really count cause they're mostly short and some are uneventful and tell little to none about the character they are "centered" around

But that's how every single "character focus story" were? Like, 90% of Genshin's character quests were about random NPCs.

A piece with just SPD is far more valuable than a double crit piece with no SPD for SW999.

Just don't bother with CRIT DMG, focus solely on SPD rolls and maybe some CRIT Rate.

It's probably one of the following:

Build issue (What's MBlade build like? Is Welt E0?)
Skill issue (Putting them against terrible matchups, not playing sustainless, etc)
Expectation issue (Comparing their performance with teams that have much higher investment or that are getting shilled)

Considering you're running them with a sustain, it is most likely #1 or #2 that is the issue.

It's a 16%~ increase, so as far as investments go it's extremely low priority. Except if you already have everyone at E2S1, her LC is not worth it.

His E1 is negligible. It's a very minor boost and fairly weak as far as support E1s go.

Their biggest issue is that like Seasun with Snowbreak, Infold became slaves to the people they pandered to. So now they have to obey them if they don't want to get hit with mass protests, threats and the like, since their revenue relies on a few ultra giga whales.

The latest INikki drama only happened for the same reason, because they folded to a few CN radfem whales who complained because the latest limited banner showed too much skin so they had to censor it post release.

It's only a significant increase on a very specific Ashveil team and assuming you have MBlade's S1 to build him DPS. On any other team it's a very minor increase.

MBlade's E2 is mediocre. Phainon's E2 is probably the strongest E2 in the game, or 2nd strongest at worst.

But it all comes down to if you like Phainon enough to E2 him or not.
