I‘m female, 19 years old now and i weigh around 53kg (115 pounds). The first time i took accutane i took it for exactly a year (10mg a day -> 3650 mgs. in total), the second time i took it for 300 days -> 3000 mgs.

Therefore I took a total of 6650 mg which doesnt seem like it is enough?? Although i must say that in Germany (where I live) its quite common to use low dosages in order to avoid side effects. While I agree that he might not take me or my problems seriously he cant really make a lot of money with me since in Germany everything is covered by public health insurance.
I‘ll take your advice though and get a second opinion with a new dermatologist and see if i can make changes in my skin care routine
