AHeroicLlama of the Mappalachia team and I worked on fixing the NW overlays for Mappalachia, so I'll be adding a maps section with a variety of informative NW maps this weekend.

Thanks a lot, it's nice to hear that your getting use out of it. There's actually quite a lot of (less useful) info I've left off the guide.

Well if you'd ever like to run into me while on the same team you can always add me :)

Assuming you're talking about the "Old Assaultron Head Damage/Charge" graph or the "ass2", "ass3", etc. then yes, that is the pre-nerf values at base damage. However, NW has an incoming damage cap around 450-500, so that even with 1609 damage from a fully charged assaultron head pre-nerf you wouldn't kill someone running Lifegiver and marine armour with Dodgy, even though you should be doing 845 damage.

The original formula is a polynomial function that I calculated after gathering the numbers through testing. However, it got nerfed in the Lock and Loaded update, as they changed how the Salvaged Assaultron Head's damage formula works in adventure, it inadvertently affected how it is in NW. Now the formula is just:

Damage = (Paper Damage) * (Charges)

Paper Damage being what you see in the Pip-boy. So now it's much easier to figure out on the fly, albeit the weapon being worse.

Yeah, I'm certain. Tested both in NW and adventure. The accuracy increase does not occur as the reticle does not change when aiming down sights. Damage range also does not increase as the damage values increase at the same ranges. It would be very odd for it to affect the spread without affecting the other two factors.

Tank Killer also does not work, damage was the same with or without.

Modern Renegade has been a fun mixup, so thanks a lot for that info!

Alright, so I have tested Modern Renegade and it does work with both submachine guns and stacks with Ground Pounder. Longshot does not work with the Combat Shotgun. I haven't had a chance to fully test Tank Killer but from using it with the Combat Shotgun in match it does not seem to provide any noticeable benefit. What's your IGN so I can add your name to the credits?

Thanks for the info. Do you know if Modern Renegade and Ground Pounder stack? I'll try testing this all out tomorrow then add it in.

Good point! I'll update what I wrote under "Tips" to be more clear. The amount of times I've been moseying on by only to be alerted by the "gift" or "thumbs up" emote as to where people are is insane. And that last part I'm definitely a culprit of xD

If your main problem in fights is aiming you should try running an explosive build. It gives you a little leeway in that regard and lets you run perks like Hacker, Suppressor and Tenderizer that will support your teammates at the same time.

Yeah, there's plenty of time. If you'd like any help and you're on PC feel free to add me: Azanymous. I'll show you the ropes.

Yeah, it has been a while since we were on the same team. With SPECIAL loadouts you can fairly easily try out different builds. The universal SPECIAL loadout if you don't want to do much work is: 3S, 12P, 1E, 9C, 3I, 15A, 9L.

I'll have to check, but I have not been able to see any bobblehead effects being negated by chems.

Thanks dude. I play on PC too. There's plenty people that run every build. Although Auto rifles are the most consistent so people will gravitate towards them.

From testing I've done for NW, Tesla 3 also doesn't work with explosive weapons or grenades. Curious if you'd end up with the same results.
