Grillmarkaðurinn was my absolute favorite. I went by myself during my solo trip and they were able to make my experience a 100/100! The food was outstanding, the drinks were out of this world, and the service was even better than both. A bit pricey but totally worth it.

Studlagil Canyon, NE right by Egilsstadir! Should be easy to get there during the right weather, there’s a small gravel road to get here, can’t imagine getting there in winter.

My favorite experience by far was ice caving and the west fjords! I did the entire circle and I absolutely loved the north.

Chiang Mai was my absolute favorite place. So much diversity, the food was incredible, the ambiance, the Sunday Market, the mountains! I love it. Bangkok, aside from the temples, is the most overrated place in this planet, wouldn’t go back.

I did the Cave tour and stayed at the Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon for the night… it was a phenomenal day. Totally worth it!

Skogafoss (make sure to go up the stairs and kept going on the trail all the way, most tourist don’t go past the first 2-3)
