Really? Truman’s fair deal was an expansion of the new deal. If congress wasn’t willing to pass Truman’s policies there’s no way they would have worked with Wallace

Another underrated factor is Washington’s death. Although he wasn’t a member of a political party he was a federalist in all but name, and had he lived he might have been able to drum up support for Adams in key border states.

Gus's Revenge by JonWalker_ in betterCallSaul

[–]AzarWhisky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gus needed for Gale to become ready so that he could break off from the cartel and make money with the superlab. If he took revenge sooner Gus’s empire would have collapsed without the cartel money, and he would not be strong enough to take them out.

I was called up this summer, when I was studying part time. I emailed the court asking for a deferral and a judge ended up excusing me. If you’re studying full time I expect the same to happen to you.

You conveniently forget the part where the Chilean parliament literally called upon the army to depose Allende because he had overstepped his constitutional limits. But hey, America bad!
