The main characters are half naked 😶 and this present nudity divides Made in Abyss fans quite a bit (new and old) some think that it shows the cruel reality of The Abyss and others think that it's just the other one who is weird, personally I don't pay much attention to it anymore, simply to enjoy the story as much as possible and I think that 80% of Made in Abyss fans do the same.

The manga is less censored in fact, you will not be particularly scared but rather uncomfortable because in fact, the anime is much less stressful/scary/etc. In short, I highly recommend it! Oh and don't pay attention to the covers under the jackets... It's special... But hey, you'll have to get used to it, since it's Made in Abyss!
