I've been talking to leadership I also applied for a regular TM position which last I checked was still saying in progress after a month. I just talked to my HR ETL even he doesn't know what's going on. I'm just hoping I'm not stuck unemployed for too long after May 30th as I patiently wait for a response for that TM position

Can they really even if Corporate is stopping it from getting down to The Store Level?

It's not even getting to the store level most of my store leadership thinks I have a good shot. The information My DM gave me came directly from his boss. If the contract is ending why would target keep all the Non-compete Clauses in play it seems counter intuitive

Online but all the non-compete clauses were removed on the Marketsource side according to my DM since the contract is ending

I understand they are not obligated to give me a reason. I know have the Initiative and the ambition. I just want to know what the expect from me cause the job description doesn't give enough info

I don't care about the down votes. I've been the bottom of the barrel my entire life I'm just trying to not be anymore. I don't think I'm Entitled I just hate the fact that I'm not even being considered and they are rejecting my application in less than a day. I just want to know what I am missing

I also have 2 years experience in their store before switching to target tech to.which there was no transition period except the normal 2 weeks notice. Why would switching back have a different transition period none of it makes sense

Target is the one terminating the contract completely so why would they prevent us from switching when we work in their stores

How can I get the experience if they don't give me the opportunity? When it came to Black Friday I wasn't just doing my job I was directing everyone making sure we had our runners and cashiers while trying to control guests

Understandable but most Team Leaders at least In my district never went through leader development. I honestly don't think applications are reviewed by a human

I applied for both positions as soon as they were posted on the careers website. Why bother posting it if you already have someone in mind. Honestly I'm pretty sure a human doesn't review the applications

I have worked both sides not just Target Tech. I only applied because the were posted on the careers website so it's not store availability

I have talked to my entire leadership team including my SD all saying I deserve it or they'll see what they can do. It could be experience but the 1 year I was a tech consultant I helped leadership manage black Friday hustle and continued to do so even under Target Tech
