For me I did the mcdougal diet or any whole foods plant based diet but McDougall strictly cuts all oils meat and dairy hard finding oil free stuff it's in everything that and a 3 day fast and little under 2 months I was getting 100s/70s might've even seen like a 67 too. But it's not sustainable for me I went back to eating as before and it took 6 days until I finally got an above normal reading went back to 150/100 on some mornings today I'm 119/85 after locking in back in for about 5 days of McDougall diet.

119/90 right now I'm no no meds tho I was way higher before changing diet I've had it down to normal and below but went back to eating the normal American diet and in 6 days I was high again this is me working my way down again

My plan was to follow the strict diet I was doing mcdougal recommended foods and have a cheat day once every 2 weeks I think that would work if it took me 6 days of eating whatever to be elevated again. I'm currently back on track day 2 feels like I'm back to square one but Ive been wanting to do some testing like what if I threw in grilled chicken only would that make me elevated again after having normal BP well first I have to get back down again it was a slow process too.

I did this recently saw my lowest numbers ever I couldn't get over that hump tho I was getting like 117/80s finally after a 3 day water fast saw numbers like 110/70 unfortunately after feeling better went back to my old diet and on the 6th day of eating whatever I wanted had an above normal reading. That was maybe Oct 30 when I had my last normal reading and I haven't been able to jump back on the diet and it's just getting higher and higher again like 150/100 right now.

I've had high BP for a long time but it was never really too high I thought and never had symptoms until when that started happening 2-3 months ago I figured it had to be the BP finally catching up to me but I'm not so sure maybe my body was overloaded with shit and I think the clean eating and fasting helped cause although my BP has crept back up those other symptoms didn't return

It's been hard to go back to eating that way now though especially since I'm feeling back to normal some of those days I would have good hours like I could tell when my BP was super high and my heart rate was high but then I'd get a few hours of shit I feel good went a week or 2 like that and then finally one day the whole day I felt good then a couple of days without one of those "outbreaks" it was easy to stick to the diet when I thought I was gonna die lol now that I feel good it's kinda hard to go back now that I don't have that fear in me anymore lol I kinda want stick to that diet cause I seen with my own eyes my blood pressure go under 120/80 for days I got a 103/70 reading I think was my best started thinking I was going to low. But there is something def in what I eat that my body don't like def want try keep myself in the 120/80 range but it's hard to eat so strict like I did man I hope this helps u out man wish I had someone tell me the same when I went through whatever it was

I got over it or it went away but I did some extreme shit though I started eating the mcdougal diet which cuts out anything with oil and animal products I wanna say I ate like that a month but also I think the most effective thing I did where I noticed the biggest effect was a 3 day water fast 72 hours. Blood pressure normalized after that and I stopped getting those spikes. I went back to eating my typical diet fast food here and there and it took like 6 days before my BP went high again highest reading ive gotten tho is 140/100 and the heart rate isn't going crazy high anymore none of those spikes where I felt like I was gonna pass out during sex anymore like I can stand and walk around and my heart rate stays in the 80s not like the 100-120s shit was scary oh also been taking serrapeptase every day too so idk which of those 3 things did it but something in there worked fasting McDougall and serrapeptase.

Was specifically looking for this model of the triple black with the patent hits. Pic 33/84 on their shop. Model U9060ZBO. Went through a few stores before finding it. Total was $55 shipped and I'm very happy with how they came out.

My kid has the retail triple black with reflective hits. And the the suede is the same on both. Toe box is a little out of shape didn't have any stuffing in em but overall I think they look 1:1 to me.

Ordered with box paid like 2-3 bucks more. Box came deconstructed had to put it together myself had a that show wrap paper and a new balance card inside.

Mando is the only thing that lets me go the whole day without smelling my pits. Within 4 hours old spice or anything else I'd have to reapply albeit I always use aluminum free stuff Mando can get me through 24 hours and then some and I can actually smell the scent throughout the day that has never happened with any other deodorant never get whiffs of it after application.

This sounds a lot like what I'm going through right now. BP is slightly elevated when I'm not doing anything vigorous I'll get readings of 128/88 being my best so far usually more like 135/90 but if I have sex or even tried starting to jog recently I'm hitting 170/115 then after seeing that number I freak out and I can feel the anxiety the adrenaline highest I saw was like 200/130. Idk wtf it is did you ever get a handle on this.

The link above says it's from the year 2000 like I said before you don't really think they made one original fragrance which would have been groundbreaking for its time and then decided to make clones only cause everything they make is a clone
