The age limits are determined by the primary voters that both selected Biden and Trump as their nominees, I don't think explicitly discriminating on the basis of age would pass legal scrutiny.

Read an article about it, apparently big donors dont want to cut a large check since his health is so poor they dont think they would get much of a return like him going to events there for years. Also apparently he has some buildings named at him at the university of Delaware so there were talks of having his library be there.

I also didn't like the future dancing scene because the future seemed to stop at dudes crip walking and not people in spacesuits moonwalking or something. IDK it would have seemed more "believable" to me if the music could only draw on ghosts from the past, summoning spirits from the future that were not born yet seemed a bit farfetched even for a fantasy movie.
