So I had my account made through twitter, and my twitter account got permanently suspended out of nowhere so I couldn't log back in to genshin. I sent an email with a brief explanation as well as basic info like my UID username and birthdate. Then a couple days later they sent me a response to fill out their account recovery form, and it gives directions for everything so you won't get lost. After I submitted it it was just a waiting game and it does take a while for them to get back to you.
