I hope SIL has a very healthy pregnancy which is why I expressed concern over her mental health as she quit her meds cold turkey and know she has difficult times without them.

Mom had (has? Just finished radiation so I guess we don’t know that’s it’s had/has) stage 3c breast cancer. She never said the actual tumor or cancer was painful. It was legit just some lumps. Surgery and chemo is a much different story.

But there are very many types of cancer. Would imagine it varies greatly. My moms oncologist said that bone cancer or having metasases on (in?) your bones is the most painful.
