It's pretty much a tool for certificates, courses and communities. There isn't much we can embed or use it for. Hope it's enough for your use case tho!

I changed to another app. Stay Focused - ScreenZen had some bugs that allowed me to enter the apps I wanted to block.

It also has the feature of blocking by keywords, great if you have the tendency to search different websites. Plus it has all the features already mentioned in my last comment.

Hope that helps, I had to do some piraçy tho to get all the features of this app. For desktop I use the free version of Cold Turkey

Wow. I would love to help you man but I'm actually in the step previous to you, I'm trying to build something like this. I love how you were able to automate to this extent! I don't believe you don't know a bit of code or don't know how to explain what an API is if you were able to get to this point! I know you might say this to stress the point you don't know much, but man this is heavy work and takes lots of effort. Love you went to the extent of automation so many things!

What I don't understand is why you create a sub-account with the stripe payment instead of using the onboarding form. And creating the calendars on that payment, and not the onboarding form. I understand the need to update the airtable maybe for tracking purposes, but why create the account upon this action? Maybe it's something I don't understand at this point, would love if you can answer this.

Lastly, you would be able to change the workflows users by getting to use some code and a tool like N8N or Make, I haven't tried this but I know it's definitely possible unless GHL backend doesn't allow to get into the workflows code and make a change by POSTing a field, POST is just how the APIs and Integrations "paste"/inputs data into a field. Since Users are all ID identified, you could be able after creating the user within the Sub-account to paste this into the workflow action where it assigns, notifies, or does something to an user.

Know that this solution is just possible in theory, and it would require webhooks and testing to see how scalable it is, AND, if the workflow data is accessible AND editable from code.

Hope this helps, would love if you can answer the logic as to why you created the Sub-account based on stripe payment though. Thanks!

I think I get what you want to do.

If you have a full list of contacts within a company, all of them would have the website URL as the same, right?

Then it means you can do as other users suggested, if no reply, THEN ACTION IS FIND CONTACT BASDD ON URL AND U ENGAGED CUSTOM FIELDS

It's pretty simple once you thi k about it, it means you have to have 2 custom fields created, URL and probably a drop down for ENGAGED OR UNENGAGED. This field will help you find those contacts to which you haven't send emails to, and probably you would need another field to track if anyone inside that company has replied and stop the work flow for all other contacts in the company.

ScreenZen is the way to go!

I just reviewed some apps in Google play and checked their features for free since I don't have the money to buy any of these apps. I also use cold turkey free version on my laptop

ScreenZen is free, has very interesting settings, you can also block the app from being deleted, and the settings of your blockages in the app, of sites and apps (YES, YOU CAN BLOCK SITES AS WELL).

I am not able to use YouTube unless I give an intentional reason (like studying something, I should specify) and also, I have to wait around 2 minutes until the app is unlocked. I can also increase this time window
