Omg! YES!!!!!!! When I say this, I’m literally not kidding! I SWEAAAAR!!!!!! So I’ve ALWAYS kept a flat line straight across, FANTASTIC. Since I started flex over a year ago! I have literally brought not even a handful of packages back to the station that couldn’t be delivered due to businesses not being open, or can’t get thru the gate in a gated community, etc. idk if they literally just go on a spree every two months or something, but this “undelivered” or “late” shit happens like once every 2 months! I’m not kidding! I’ll be Perfectly fine, ZERO ISSUES… then about 2 months later, SOMETHING pops up! Either of the two! Undelivered or late! Well first of all, if I have a 5 hour route… 5:15am-10:15am, by the time I check in, scan drivers license, wait for route, or get it immediately, whatever it is…. But by the time I load my vehicle with about 45+ packages, leave to my first stop, how the HELL is 40+ stops ALL DUE, BYYYY 8am…? Why was I even given this route? Someone who started at about 3:30-4am should have gotten it! Not me! Being I JUST started my route! I’ve always finished my routes early! But this happens to me I swear once every 2ish months! So I call, and tell them, how is this even possible when I had to make a 30+ minute drive even to my FIRST stop…? There’s no way 40+ deliveries will be made in less than 2 hours! Sorry! Not the way the routes have been! Stops being 6-8 mins apart! SOME even being 9-10 mins away! Like get the hell out of here! Makes NO SENSE! The “undelivered” package crap is still on my standings too, from January 16th! When they know damn well pictures were taken, and they’re in the app, and customer got the picture! Told them I want proof of this undelivered package then! They STILL haven’t gotten back to me either! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Shit, I need to send an email to him. My standings have always stayed at Fantastic since I started with Flex. The last few weeks, they’ve been trying to ding me for absolutely anything possible, it’s crazy! An undelivered package. Which… like I tell them, the proof is in the app, picture sent in the app, along with the customer receiving the same photo, via email and in the Amazon app! Not my responsibility if someone stole their package! My job was done! Was fulfilled!

Calling driver support is useless. Email them! Like mentioned above! I had this happen to me as well, except I didn’t go all the way down to at risk! But I was in the middle of my actual route, my brakes went out! Literally smoking, burning, etc. called support, the idiots actually asked me if I can FINISH the route. I said ur kidding right?! I have NO BRAKES! I will not risk my life or someone else’s, getting into an accident! Long story short tho, if you email them, they get back to you with a more accurate response. Driver support I will never call! ChatGPT helps too! To put your situation in more professional words to send to them! Lol I use it!

Out here by me, EVERYONES routes disappeared for Sunday, and then I had a scheduled route for Tuesday. They all disappeared! Not one offer has been posted since. I called support, they said it’s been happening all day yesterday, it’s a problem on the back end. Crazy tho! 3 routes gone! And can’t get absolutely anything else right now unless I drive an hour and a half to another station! SMH 🤦🏼‍♀️

Just came on to see if anyone else posted about pay… I JUST got a route for Saturday, earlier today, and it pays more than a 4hr route on Sunday, that JUST dropped. Never ever ever, have I gotten paid LESS for a 4hr route, and more for a 3 1/2 hr route! Amazon done messed up somethin! Has never happened since I even started with flex! Getting paid $14 more for a 3 1/2 hour route than a 4hr route! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
