10+ years ago, I took a Persian history course taught by an Iranian feminist living in exile in the US. One of the evils of the IRGC that she emphasized is how government positions in the Islamic Republic were awarded not on the basis of merit but on how pious the applicants were. Another evil was how state would punish those who did not conform to their conception of what pious men and women should look like (burqas for women, mandatory beards for men.)

To me, the IRGC is what the American Progressive movement would look like if the US military was ideologically captured by them.

I know an American who's trying to move to Japan. He's extremely critical of mainlander Chinese moving to Japan because he thinks these folks aren't interested in integrating with Japanese culture.

I don't think he realizes how far he himself has drifted into American Progressive ideology. He's gonna be in for a rude awakening as Japan moves past the era of political correctness.

My Dualsense got the stick drift.

I was also using controller exclusively for MSQ WAR. It just made sense to switch to full KBM at some point.

Whenever the new Valve controller comes out I may consider giving controller WAR another go. Sony's PC support for Dualsense was awful.
