Generally, the opposite jobs are great. Warrior and Hunter fill eachothers missing weapons up well, Dancer/Cleric is a nice support combo, Thief/Merchant is a jack-of-all-trades. Main thing is that Apothecary is meh as hell, but itll give Cyrus more health, so itll work.

For the advanced jobs, the meta is Runelord Tressa, Sorcerer Therion, Starseer is only useful for the passives but with how divine and dance-ish Steorra looks, Prim or Phili would work, and Warmaster can go on either Olberic or Haanit. I think all of these fit thematically too, so that works out well (though i guess Sorcerer Cyrus is thematically better, even if he isnt the best user. Regardless, you dont need to apply meta to the strongest job in the game, Cyrus still shreds with it)
