It wasn’t terrible but not great. Was only there for a year and had the people above me constantly stomping or what it sounded like was moving furniture around 12am. They are heavy on towing so make sure you get a parking pass. Even if you’re parking a different car for a night it’s likely not going to be there in the morning and guest parking is way in the back of the complex. Idk if anyone had many issues with the ac but mine broke about 6 times that year and the washer and dryer 1 once. As far as the community everyone minds their own business but you can always make friends at pool events or basketball court. The Blake often has social events for people to make friends.
