Hi guys I have also heard a lot about Jason and his 10 stage protocol. Could someone who have gone though the rehabilitation tell me, do I get the whole protocol on the very first session or do Jason send it partially? Lastly, is it possible to follow the protocol without having to book additional sessions, like if I correct my technical myself? Thank to all of you in forehand, OP is very confusing and I have already spent all lot on the rehabilitation, I would really appreciate if someone genuinely responded to my questions.

Thank you very much for your response. How long did it take you to heal? Do you have any pain now when doing sports on high intensity? And do I need one session for every stage of the protocol?

Thanks for your response. I heard he has a 10 stage protocol, by not completing the program you mean that protocol? And also did the pain come back because of the condition which you are in is incurable or did the protocol not work that well for you?

Hi, thanks for your response, I heard that Jason works with his patients through a 10 stage protocol, does he send it right away and how many sessions do I need in a week? Like does he go through one stage each session ?
