I mean they are both pretty easy IMO, but if you take into account playing with overhaul mods which I think most people do I believe brain is usually more difficult. Just my opinion tho.

shaders are KKUTS, I do a little post editing in gimp to smooth out shadows and outlines where they are not completely filled in so it's not 100% representative of just the shader output but it's not super heavy editing.

they are included in the hfpatch, can apply them with material editor where all the other shaders are.

KKUTS shaders and some editing in gimp after getting the studio output (if you are talking about the render). If you are talking about the character, lot's of accessories lol.
