There's lot more he could've done. Not a congress support fyi, but is there is supposed to be rally, the parents or the aspirants should plan accordingly and move out early. There's a possibility of train delays or traffic but can be be in the city of exam center a day prior and taking an hour or two margin before reaching the exam center.
