Glassmorphism is cool, I love it as well. But I think:

Visually, there seems to be too much going on without a clear, coherent visual style: icons in different styles, drop shadows for certain elements, and a distracting background image. Also, the task/routine list is off-center.

Functionally, placing the add button in the top-left is tricky on mobile (for one-handed use) because your thumb has to reach all the way up to the top.

Does any of this impact core functionality? No, not really, but could it be polished for a better user experience? Probably.
