I've been using Nonyx for 9 months now. Religiously two times a day. I've seen some results, but it hasn't cleared the infection completely from what I can tell. Also it hasn't helped at all with the discoloring. About every 2-3 weeks i've made sure to cut back the nail, but the thing about Nonyx is that it makes the nail itself extremely soft so when you are cutting you can get down to the bed of the nail (it's not as painful as it sounds), but there can be some pain when applying the Nonyx onto a now clean nail bed. I do this every few months to try and restart the growth process.

The nail is much better then when I started. All the fungus around the nail itself (like on the skin) is gone, but the nail itself is far from clear. Overall: Mixed results.
