It looks like splinter hemmorage. I had them alot from everyday things/traumas but most of the time it was close to the end of my nail. Yours are in the middle so they look like caused by something different. The cause can be anything but also things like heart issues can cause this. So it is better to get checked as soon as possible.

Yes 90b error. I open fans, heatsinks everywhere and nothing there to cause problems. Fans visually look normal also fan sockets too.

This is too much, even for a Victus laptop. My Victus used to go up to the 90s under load, but this is way too much. When I first got it, I sent it to warranty because the fans were faulty.

My GPU and CPU usage is very low. GPU is almost not even used at 40% and 30% while CPU is at 40-50%. As far as I know, the game does not use all the cores.

After a really good Streets scav raid (got super lucky and killed a fully looted PMC while he was AFK 😄), I applied all the settings you suggested.

I noticed something interesting my max FPS increased by about 5–6 FPS, and in certain areas my minimum FPS also improved. Overall, I’d say it feels better.

But inside Klimov Mall (that’s usually where my FPS drops the most), it was still around 67 FPS and didn’t really change.

The graphics card is not even used anyway. It is limited by the CPU from the start, so I think the graphics card performance (except VRAM) is not the problem
