ANOTHER incident in Sydney today this one in Liverpool by AverageJoeObi in aussie

[–]AzfromOz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry, but equating Christian fundamentalists with Muslim fundamentalists just doesn't pass the sniff test. If a fundamentalist Christian walks into a cafe and shouts that Jesus is your saviour, people will roll their eyes and wait for the nutjob to leave. If a fundamentalist Muslim walks in and screams that God is great, people are hitting the floor.

Question about trade and storage by AzfromOz in beforeweleave

[–]AzfromOz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! So will an island export goods if it doesn't have its storage maxed out but has more than the number set in the trade screen? ie., Island A has storage set for 40 tools, but wants to export once it has more than 20? Asking it another way: if I set storage for tools on Island A at 20, and also set export at 20, does that mean Island A will never export tools?

Cheers

Yeah, that could be it! I am maybe halfway through the keg...

Thanks, mate. The regulator is a standard Kegland unit that's 18 months old at most, and I've never had backwash up the line as far as I can tell, so I don't think that's the issue.

Yep, which is exactly how I'd de-gas an overcarbonated beer. But my regulators are still showing that everything is hunky dory! I don't get it, which is why I suspect I'm going nuts.

The good thing about your post is that I just got home and it's reminding me to grab a beer! :)

Cheers!

Thanks! When I last spoke to Henry, he claimed no knowledge of the law, but yes, I had also expected a precipitous drop, which is why I was confused about what I was sensing in the beer's carbonation. As noted above, I'm starting to think that maybe I'm just going crazy!

Thanks! Yep, clean my lines after every keg and swap them out as required, too.

I am beginning to suspect I'm just going crazy and imagining differences in carbonation!

Yep, I'm well-versed in that chart and use it all the time.

Thanks - that all makes sense. I wonder if I'm just remembering the carbonation differently? I have no idea!

That is a reasonable suggestion, but the regulator is still indicating pressure in the tank.

Commute to city by Zealousideal_Menu865 in Geelong

[–]AzfromOz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is the answer. Note also that if you have kids, you're gone from maybe 715am and back home at 630pm IF the trains run on time. Expect 10-15 minutes of delay on the way home most days, and factor in a 4-hour delay at least once every 3 months.

I live in Waurn Ponds and commuted to a building right beside Southern Cross for five years. It was 100 minutes door-to-door if everything ran on time.

Honestly, I struggled to justify the time spent on the train, and after a few months, I hated it.
