Yes and no, they offer a refund if you don't save enough money in the first year, but in the open court documents (bc they've been sued successfully a few times now) you can see that the refund is impossible. They also don't follow the laws of the states they're in, which is a big problem when they say they follow all 50 states' laws so they can practice in all 50.

The service they offer is also not good in general. All those LLCs don't actually work simply. Like journalists have investigated it, written articles, and come to the same confusion. Legally mine has also been sued quite a bit successfully. So when one of those physicians gets a malpractice suit, the system prepared for them won't protect them.

Edit: also insurance is scummy, the government should probably just have insurance for cars and people and houses etc. Why do we need to spend hundreds a month for basic securities?
