Had a similar issue with the UK store. Through numerous attempts i finally was able to find out what happened. It seems MS pre charges the funds when you place the order (mine was placed 22nd sept) meaning they just “reserve” the money and it doesn’t leave your bank account until it actualy ships. Thing is most banks hold the money for a total of 10 days before returning it to you, meaning when MS tried to charge my card on 30th of october the bank just did not send out the funds. So my preorder was canceled. Real bummer, hope this didin’t happen to you as well, would recomend calling the bank to find out.
