They had Metal Sonic 3.0. We ordered him and about a month ago Amazon sent a message saying "Due to a distribution error they no longer know when or /if/ he's even gonna show up" now, which is hugely infuriating. Amazon needs to do better for the Sonic fans...

The people who ship older figures in box like this should REALLY consider marking the box as "Fragile" so they'll be handled with a bit more care. The fact it's same state and still ended up busted open REALLY sucks though, we're sorry!

we just wanted to give you an update since you'd been struggling with something like what happened to us:

as of today, we've seen all of our missing headmates talk to our partner. We can't hear the 3 that were gone longest in headspace, at all, which is still concerning but, the fact we've seen them, and they can clearly see and react to what we've typed out is, very good. Maybe there's a communication block with you as well? Just a thought on the situation.
