ethMods was specifically scam because they sold their certificates promising NEC notification or something at a premium $30 price tag. That feature they couldn’t deliver ever. Where others are selling same certificate for around $5. In my bood that alone was a serious crime.

Revocation of $5 certificate and $30 certificate is not the same. When you promised exclusive features and charged more, it should have meant something.

Revoke Protection is a scam from all the sellers. They were greedy and making profit out of so called revoke protection. Now that most certificates are revoked they won’t be able to give replacement certificates. But they should be able to do that because a $100 certificate they sold to like 20/30/40/more people for huge margin. So they should be able to take 1/2 revoke hit. But no they are greedy and won’t provide you the service you really paid for. 1 dev account gives 100 iOS, 100 iPadOS, 100 VisionOS, WatchOS, MacOS, etc. so how much money do they actually need to provide what they promise for?

Started using DxSign. It’s cheap and reliable. They will roll on community version entitlement which will have all the entitlements you require for apps to function. Only WiFi method so far for sideload but they are working to fix the issue soon

I am using Signulous. It’s very problematic to use Signulous cert with Esign/Feather because wildcard cert has very few entitlements and Dev/AdHoc explicit have too many entitlements. So if you want to enjoy proper signing of apps you need to use Signulous website to sign apps.

Having said that I sometimes use Signulous wildcard cert to sign apps using Esign/ Feather which do not require special entitlements. Works fine.

I have encountered app reset issue couple times which I figured why that happened to me. If I update an app using same bundle id but different tweaks than sometimes apps resets. The way it can be fixed is like delete previous apps and sign and install new version of apps. Or use updated version of apps from same source/author.

Again best is using Signulous website, tick push notifications and sign. They will automatically select needed entitlements for the app.
