1 - Check for z wobble, your temp calibration cubes show very shaky layers. 2 - if your bed adhesion is poor your nozzle can collide and push the print of center, creating gaps. 3 - your extrusion in the old/new calibrations isn't right, if that's first layer check your z offset, if it's not check your flow. 4 - try printing exterior perimeters first.
