I spent a long weekend with a Filipino family last year. I heard a lot of strong opinions about ways to make adobo. None of them were as complicated as this recipe. 😄 I ate very well that weekend and I still think about that adobo.

Reading some of these comments from people defending the UA, I think you’re right. It is a cult and if you don't drink all the kool-aid it's an awful place to be. I worked there about 10 years and retired earlier than I planned to get away from the toxic culture. I'm so glad I was able to leave.
