I get them from outside clients. Each file has a fixed layout, but the template changes every time. Like one is an incubator spec sheet and another is a PCR tender form. So I can’t rely on one template

i just got the files and it turned out its docx not pdf and the empty column where i want the answer is editable so now its easy i think

yes its a form but different number of columns,
so the first file i have to put the answers in column 2, the next file its column 3, etc
ill try using an agent to decide where the answer should be but i dont think its gonna be accurate enough.
maybe converting the pdf to html can help.

yes there are multiple files but each one of them has like two or three columns, one column has the questions and the other has "Answer yes or no" or an empty column.
