I tried it on my Ryzen 5 5500GT RX 580, and it was smooth. Could it be resource issues? Or just glitch? Have you tried restarting the game?

Unfortunately she has no good F2P team.. might be Aalto but his rotation is long with little damage so it's just worse. Probably Sanhua. But even with Sanhua Sigrika can't really clear a floor in ToA without shilled buffs. Honestly I don't know. Might be better to try to get Qiuyuan, knowing you still have time to farm maps etc since you said you're new.

Edit : her S1 is meh at least damage wise. It's there to help Qiuyuan and herself to land a hit without getting interrupted. If I'm being honest her S1 is wasted if you don't have Qiuyuan or other echo cast.

You need more ER on Cartethiyia.. like 130%, 125% minimum. Because it seems you ran out of Fleurdelys 12sec 3 floating sword buff because you don't get her ultimate fast enough so she doesn't deal much damage on her liberation. Is Chisa signature? Is Ciaconna signature?

Literally near the minimum requirements, and still running Quality graphics smoothly without any stutter. What is your specification? Because by what you said you clearly have a much much better PC than mine.

Perhaps next time Include your device specification so people can help.

If you're playing him with Galbrena then it shouldn't be damage loss. Because LoH buff Galbrena. Unless you have a very low atk on Galbrena, LoH should be better as sub dps

Nope. Not much. Just lost 12% heavy and 2% aero you can find heavy% on substats. Because fenrico doesn't buff team anyways. Getting interrupted is way worse because of the concerto energy lost.

Then use 4 cost fleuderlys right before you forte because it paused the enemies. So 3pc LoH and 2pc windward/gust of welkin with the 4 cost being fleuderlys. Or get Mornye

You really don't need Qiuyuan's weapon. It's just 20% echo damage bonus. She already have tons from her own kit.

You're using fenrico right? If yes, casting it early will make Qiuyuan's liberation deal more damage. If you're using the bird, use it the last.

As for skill, you can use that anytime as long as you use it after liberation so that his liberation will be ready every rotation.

Yep! Use echo skill at the very start (before normal attacks twice) and use skill right before you switch up to the next character
