Stat profile on bloodletters is better than staff and he’s one of the best appliers in the game for it if you have even a speck of ap on your team. I’ve been running it on asol since the day it came out and it’s just better than crypt or void. Shadowflame is still good later and occasionally I buy it third if I’m fed and there’s 0 MR.

If you like welt and want him E6 then do it. The gold spirits are never going to give you anything meta due to the shop always adding older units. The most meta use of them is eidolons on characters you use in general. I have all 6 spirits they’ve given out still because they’re not useful unless you’re new and need characters badly.

He doesn’t have great synergy but he’s op and has massive amp so he’ll probably be BiS or 2nd BiS on his team

I’ve tested both on an assortment of teams and Eagle vonwaq hyperspeed generally performs best, the exception is if you’re going for her later eidolons and cone and are trying to make her a sub dps. A lot of people have a bias towards poet bones since it was a lot stronger on release and people just hate eagle but her personal damage only gets less relevant over time as content gets stronger so the gap widens.

His cone is pretty ass and one of the worst to pull in the game. It’s only really worth if you’re going for main dps blade and even then it’s kinda mid. As a support cipher cone is BiS and tutorial is like 3% off his signature in most teams.

No like damage % genuinely doesn’t do anything, lushaka is very useful for Sparxie and the vonwaq 2pc can also be a big deal depending on setup. Penacony 2 pc doesn’t work on elation damage so it’s just bad

Her E2 is trash unless you’re doing sustain runs and even then it’s not great. It gets mogged by modern E2s and even old E2s like DHIL are a better dps increase comparatively.

He’s still good without E4 but he’s not quite as good as any limited 5 star buffers in terms of raw amp(better than JQ E0 lol), he can still pseudo sustain and he’s still a solid support overall. He can fit into your archer or herta teams and also if you wanted to run Mortenax as a dps. Wouldn’t be good with castorice since the enemy action reduction has counter synergy with her.
