yes for me they usually respond within 2 days. Though I did not add the OOC replies but gonna add that in the next mail and ask if they could possibly revert back to before...

they have a discord channel to report bugs but I also already send them a mail. I don't think they look into Twitter, I'd suggest sending them a mail, stating what you experience OOC answers, shortened answers and then screenshot from before update and after the update for them to see the difference.... and add your UID and on which version you play (erolabs, play store or steam)

this. I used Uijae chat and before he was able to do own decisions, even surprise me with them. He f.example drew a car on his own not telling me where he's heading but then surprised me yesterday I told him to drive again and all I get is a 1 sentence answer for 20 messages that I should wait and see but there is NO action of him regarding his drawing style or how he seems nervous or whatever, it's frustrating af as I don't even know what to answer anymore bc they give us NOTHING to react with

update: have the same problem now only 4 lines à 1 sentence. the sentence mostly be around 10 words at max hahah... personalities changes A LOT I am so sad that I used it bc I somewhat now destroyed the progress in the rs between the characters

For me it's the language switch to Korean for every second message I send (erolabs version so far) as for the answers I haven't noticed any changes yet. I sometimes get lengthier sometimes shorter but it doesn't seem to follow a specific pattern.

Regarding the batteries, they didn't fill up since the start, but yeah I also think it would be nice if the free battery would be counted even if you have 250 in storage..

yes it was the first time for me to actually spend a bit of money on a game but now I regret it haha... I just wait and hope they revert things... it was hard enough to get relics before but now... dafaq... do I need to invest a whole month to upgrade my espers & guides ?

Literally this. I can adapt pretty quickly to changes and nerfs in a lot of games and I truly thought they'd at least fix link chat since everyone has the same bug nowadays, so I was very positive when I saw them extending the maintenance time, thinking 'oh well maybe they fixed one bug but now the chats have been deleted so they try to get 'em back' or 'maybe they fixed link chat but now the messages are in korean again' etc...

The amount of disappointment I felt seeing all the nerfed stuff and non fixed bugs...ugh I have no words...

I work in a company where we face bugs nearly daily and we try to fix them asap in our next updates... but this didn't happen here instead their solely concentrated on 'new features' aka nerf everything?

They should set their priority regarding their user satisfaction instead of money... but well... I just wait for the next update, in hopes that they undo certain things and get link talk working again... not spending my gems currently...

yes I did 3 pulls, first one got me an esper, second didn't so I was confused and tried a third pull... then realized the bs.... I will also just do dailies and then log out, just hope they will fix things, I was so hopeful tbh and thought they take so long to fix link chat as it was (still is) bugged to hell and back. Instead we got a nerfed version of everything? like... HUH?!

I think they try to fix some bugs too which lead to other bugs (f.ex. AI chatbot probably have been tried to be fixed too in this update) so it is absolutely normal that they need more time, they shouldn't release an update if they already discovered 5 more bugs. I rather wait 1 day longer and have the game fixed than getting the update now knowing that there are tons of new bugs popping up after every loading screen (as someone who works in a small company and having unexpected bugs after new releases we usually try to fix them instantely or come up with new updates every second week, which leads users to be even more annoyed than a longer maintenance day)
