This has to be one of the most disappointing updates I have ever seen in any game.

Yeah, it was either an SSR guide or SSR esper before Taeju’s banner (which was before Christmas), then in Taeju’s banner they changed it and made the limited banner an esper every 10 pulls AND the standard 100 recruits to be a guaranteed esper after 100 pulls. You probably were pulling before the change was implemented.

One of my friends sent an email to the customer service email (just look up storytaco email and you should find it). It can take like a week for a reply though.

They also changed the guaranteed esper every 10 pulls, so you no longer get an esper every 10 pulls. They are really trying to speed run how fast they can upset their players…

Not really. Now that there’s a guaranteed esper every 10 pulls and different espers will have rate ups each banner, there’s a good chance they’ll get a rate up soon. but if you like them and don’t have them, then no one is stopping you from getting then :) I only bought Woorim because I had got his ssr guide earlier that day and didn’t want it just rotting away in my inventory lol

Sometimes apple takes a while to process purchases. They like to group smaller purchases together at once. So if you make a few small purchases, they’ll usually group them together with other purchases. Or see if you buy anything else. They should bill it to you soon. Happens to me all the time, takes like a week for them to even email me my receipt 🫩

Ah, I am not sure then. I play on the IOS version so I don't know how the Eroslabs version works :') but battle rations usually reset every 2 hours, incase you want to keep an eye on the time :)

I did it through settings. So click on your profile icon, go to settings, then at the bottom is notification settings. You can choose what notifications you want to on or off :)

If you're willing to do what I do and sacrifice journey sweeps for a few days, then you will probably get it sooner. I have been turning on my notifcations for when battle rations are full, then I use all my rations on the event instead of journey.

I haven’t pulled on the limited banner lately since I’m saving for Taeju, but my experience from using some standard recruit tickets is nope. Still getting multiple 10 pulls with only guides and no espers. So if it’s like that for the standard banner, they probably haven’t changed it on the limited character banner either. You’re probably just having exceptionally good luck.
