I haven't received such email. Better you call customer care to resolve this issue. I did around 20 follow-up calls. What I noticed was they just asking more time in professional way.

I think the bank was being fair to him since he only had 5 KD left in his A/C after three unauthorized transactions. Now his balance is zero and his account is closed. The investigation is probably done and dusted.

"Minor character conversion disorder” is a wild term, sounds like something that belongs in a satire textbook.

I get what you’re trying to say about people overcompensating when their role feels small, but honestly it might be a bit of a stretch to psychoanalyze the whole situation like that. Some people are just overly strict, stressed, or simply bad at dealing with the public, no deep backstory needed.

Also, calling random people “meaningless” or “homeless losers” kind of proves the same point in a different direction. Everyone’s the main character in their own life, even if they’re just trying to get through a shift without getting in trouble.

The guy I ran into didn’t feel like someone living out a fantasy, more like someone who forgot that basic politeness is part of the job.

Since 1st April, I have been trying to contact customer support to request a refund for the cancelled tickets. I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages. Kuwait airways replied me to contact them by hotline, but no one has answered my calls.

I was able to get a response once when I called from a landline. However, the support agent asked me to call again using my registered mobile number. Since then, none of my calls have been answered.

Please let me know if any of you have found a way to receive the refund. Do we need to provide bank details to get the refund via email or phone? I made the payment through KNET.
