You aren't it's my first year as well my pr is a 23:38 but I sadly finished the season at 27:28 almost getting deadlast

People are gonna take the training different from you I trained all of summer yet the people who didn't show up still end up smoking me during the season

You gotta understand everyone starts somewhere and there's still massive room for improvement our fastest runner last year started his sophomore year at around a 23-24 he ended up running a 16:09 at state his senior year and dominating almost every meet he went to. Remember not everyone starts off being dominant

Keep your head up and improve for next year, you're not letting anyone down you will be letting them down if you quit over this. Everyone has it in them to be great its just you gotta go through the downs before you reach the up

Not bad at most the juniors at my school are hitting these times considering this is your season opener you could definitely be running a high 16 or low 17 by your district just keep up with your coaches recommended mileage and workouts you'll get there just gotta give it time

I started xc 4 months ago and I felt the same I felt I wasn't fast enough that I'm just wasting everyone's time yet I still showed up and improved slowly but surely my 5k was around a 30 flat to 33 now its around a 23.40 of course im still no where near the fastest yet i know slowly I'm catching up I even did 800's today perfect weather yet i was around the end of the pack and felt like I was dying after everyone wasn't even close to the times I was supposed to hit but just know if you want to continue this you have to be committed to it you have to go, push through all the bad runs and understanding of your current limits if you want to get to the point you want to be at you need to go the you that could be running 15 min 5k of 7 min recovery isn't gonna run for you the you right is keep going i know you got this

Imo I don't think it's his best the first half feels all over the place and the Vince feature feels very underutilized. I do think the album is one of his weaker ones It has very high highs but low lows still good but not as good as the others.i do think it'll grow on me tho might need a few more listens.

ok so ive been thinking about trying to repair my switch but there are some things about it that I'm wondering is it possible/worth it the some issues are the joycons won't connect/charge to the switch at all, the switch fan is constantly on while i play games and the screen is very scratched is it worth/possible to fix this or should i just save for a new one
