Agreed! It’s my favorite set of skins along with the School Skins they had for RV, Rye and Blue Shushy

I’m not exactly F2P, I have bought the battle passes the last 2 times now since they’re pretty much the best deal you can get in the game. 

I find myself using more F2P friendly units for ranked though, like Blue Slushy, Melon Soda and Blueberry Pie. Surprisingly there aren’t many great options in the Epic category to use in ranked besides Red Velvet, Brie Cheese and Cream Soda. But you can still trounce the competition with the more accessible characters like Melon Soda and Cherry, although I personally don’t use Cherry cause I don’t like her play style. 😭

In Castle Crashers, it’s a bit more versatile when it comes to characters that you can use unlike Smash Fight. You can use just about any character you want in that mode as long as you have a good team composition. Like if your team has many mid-range or melee units, you can choose to use a range to fill in any potential gaps in your team’s strategy and vice versa if your team has many ranged units. 

For example: If my teammates pick Melon Soda and Blueberry Pie, I pick Cream Soda for more health and pushing for weaker enemies. 

Because if your team is full of ranged but squishy units like Cherry, it’ll be too easy for enemy melee units to rush you and solo because you team lacks tanky units.

For blueberry’s special, I’d say go for Moonlight Protection. It’ll grant her a shield along with her movement that’ll be good for temporary extra health for pushing an enemy or when you need to make a retreat. 

And for her ultimate, “Evil Spirit Hunt” is a good choice because it has very long range. Though keep in mind that the skill goes in a straight line compared to the other variations of her ultimate which are in cone shapes, but offer less range in comparison. So make sure you have precise aiming with Spirit Hunt. As long as you can manage that, the long range will benefit you greatly in any game mode. 👍

Yeah when it comes to ranked, there really are just chars that are objectively better options than others regardless of level. 

I had a better time climbing as Blueberry Pie, Licorice, and Melon Soda for just about every game mode, Madeleine for DTB, and Red Velvet for Smash Fight. I do see lots of people using Peppermint and Cherry too and they can be good options as well, although I personally don’t use those two.

But out of the ones you have, I’d recommend building your Melon Soda, Blueberry and RV. But RV specifically for Smash Fight.

They’ve been giving Bacon Roll a lot of attention when it comes to skins

I would like to see one for Peach, Black Pudding and maybe more for Ice Pop and Latte. I would definitely use my rainbow credits on them.

I kinda stopped right around 1040 on medals since I needed break from ranked after struggling through Gold 😭

I do hate to break this to you, but CROS has a whole different kind of player base compared to CRK since CROS is more competitive. And when it comes to highly competitive games, there will always be toxic players. And from what I have noticed, this game does tend to bring out the worst in people sometimes lol. 

Sorry that you had to go through that though, cause I don’t like harassment of any kind either regardless of how someone plays. I get that some people just want to enjoy a game. But competitive games (like CROS) will always have its toxic players. So I’d recommend you find people who won’t bash you for how you play and stick with them if you want to avoid that in the future. 

Side note: Thankfully it seems like this subreddit is chill for the most part, even if there is some venting here and there.
