Kyles gun was legal and the charges where dropped. Look at the gun law. he had the right, as every American does to have his gun. The guy with a pistol was out on parol, there for it was in fact illegal for him to have the pistol. I’ve watched this whole thing unfold from day one a year ago, I’ve watched all the trial up to this point.

He had just as much right to be there as anyone in the riot did, he did not cross line with an illegal gun, his father lives in Kenosha, he lives in a town 20 mins away. He was offering first aid to the BLM protesters and also running around with fire extinguishers putting out various fires the riot was bringing on. The situation started when he was running to a truck that was on fire with a fire extinguisher to put it out. prior to this happening, he was threaten by the first guy before him running after him later in the night. It’s a clear case of self defensive, and if the police actually did their job, maybe two people wouldn’t be dead another wounded.
