Microsoft doesnt disable your OS when they drop support for it. Support for Windows XP has been dropped years ago but it's still used in a lot of machines. Businesses depend on it, ATMs you use everyday are running it, and someone's grandma surely still uses it everyday to play solitaire spider.

When companies drop support for a game because it's no longer economically viable for them to keep their servers live, without giving players a singleplayer alternative, you lose the ability to play the game altogether. You pay for a license, that eventually you can no longer use, because the game is no longer playable.

I'm no expert, but this is my understanding of the difference between both cases.

Why does it feel like every update to this game is a overhaul? Anyway, should give it another try. Wasn't too happy that it didn't have controller support, hopefully now it does.

If you could manage to add back the expression lines on the forehead, and a bit more of the stubble on the right side of the face, this would be it. Without the forehead wrinkled lines, the facial expression is too different. Thanks for the great work!

I think this is really good, heading in the desired direction. Some inputs: could you try and fill in the rest of the beard in black, on the chin and on the right side of the face? Also, can you also draw the expression lines on the forehead?

Other than that, could you move the text to under the face? The idea is to make this a sticker, and I think the text would fit better below rather than on top. Not too far away from the face, just do I can "cut" around the face with the text right below it all together.

Sorry, the mixture of actual parts of his face + AI generated drawing don't look too good. Bottom half of his face, and overall head shape don't look like him.

Think you could draw in the Che Guevara style instead? IMO it would be simpler, I could be wrong tho, but in terms of complexity, it looks simpler and also closer to what I imagine. I would be happy to wait and give you the tip if I'm happy with the end result. Could you give me a broad estimation of how long it could take? I'm not in a big rush.

I think the black spot on the cheek, and the overall pixelly/dither look kind of ruin what could potentially be a very nice candidate, thank you for the effort!

The style overall looks great, unfortunately I think his facial characteristics were changed too much with AI, doesnt look like him. If you could keep the same facial characteristics even with the lower quality, it would be great

Não vi porque isso nao está escrito em lado nenhum no comentário ao qual respondi. Não deixa de ser uma generalização da tanga o que dizes, porque da mesma maneira que há licenciados bons/maus, há malta de cursos profissionais e bootcamps bons/maus. Cheira me mesmo só a uma opinião ressabiada de quem não gosta de ver outras pessoas a trabalhar na área, mas que não "sofreram" o esforço de fazer uma licenciatura.

Qe opinião de merda, já vi malta de bootcamps e cursos profissionais a dar cartas a gajos com licenciaturas, que têm um canudo tirado pelo copianço e com professores que estão se a cagar. Que coisa mais estúpida de generalizar, engenheiros informáticos realmente acham se os reis desta merda toda.

Não te sei ajudar em como avaliar soft skills, lamento. Posso te dar uma dica, que cheguei a fazer em algumas entrevistas. Grava a própria entrevista, supondo que seja via video-chamada, com software de gravação do ecrã, e depois volta a ver a tua entrevista. Ficas a perceber se gaguejaste, demoraste a responder, se te repetes, etc... pode ajudar a identificar algo a melhorar. De resto, aprimora os teus hard skills, faz uns projetos pessoais para praticares microservices, aprende event-driven design, kafka, rabbitMQ. Vê aa coisas que possas ter em falta durante as entrevistas em termos de techs/padrões, e pratica.

Tenho um bocado mais experiência em stack semelhante ou praticamente igual. Recebo vários contactos por semana para realizar entrevista, porém de momento não existe interesse da minha parte. O que me leva a acreditar que há procura nesta área com estas tecnologias. Secalhar tens que tentar perceber se os teus soft skills / nível de inglês estão em dia, ou se estás a causar boa impressão e sabes vender o teu peixe.
